Our client was running orders, stock and invoicing across three separate systems and a web of spreadsheets.

Staff spent hours each day copying information between them, and errors were becoming a regular cause of late deliveries and unhappy customers.

Rather than recommend an expensive full replacement, the team mapped how information moved through the business and identified where it was being handled by hand. We proposed integrating the tools they already had, which kept costs down and avoided disruption to a team that knew their systems well.
