Our client wanted to automate key parts of their online ordering journey to improve customer experience and ultimately grow their business.

The design team worked through the existing user journey and made recommendations about simple, low-cost, changes that would drive immediate results.

They found that customers were faced with a complex checkout process, likely to put them off completing an order. We recommended that the existing web developer make minor changes to the flow - free advice that had a big impact.

As a sector-smart partner, we were able to use a proven solution to support the clients aims and integrate this in a way that gave them unique configuration for their specific needs.

While implementing the solution our analysts identified inconsistencies in the underlying data within the client's existing solution. This highlighted issues with their existing processes and allowed us to suggest improvements to the way the client manufactures their products, which would ultimately make them more productive and give customers a better experience.

Screen always seeks to add value. We were engaged to deliver a specific requirement, but by understanding the desired outcome and looking at the bigger picture we could make two recommendations free of charge, both transforming the way the business operated.

The client was so impressed with the quality of our work that they have asked us to replace some of their existing systems with our platforms.
